Schneider Electric NMC error the maximum number of web connections has been reached

Schneider NMC error

How to rectify Schneider Electric NMC error "the maximum number of web connections has been reached". I used PuTTY to login.

  1. Login via telnet or SSH to your network managed APC or Schneider Electric device
  2. Use the session command to list sessions
  3. Use session -d session_ID to delete that session
  4. Go back to the web interface and you will be able to login.
